The ‘Institute for Project and Business Transformation’ helps individuals and organizations grow their ideas and challenges into WOW projects and businesses for success through Happy Ideas & Projects Camps, coaching, and business partnerships
- The Institute
Everything we do, we believe in pursuing happiness.
We believe that innovation and project success are direct results of leadership and happiness. Hence, we combine traditional conference and seminar setups with activities for the body, mind and spirit, thus offering a holistic and fun experience.
Our Target Audience
The Institute invites change and decision makers who are eager to put new ideas into action.
These can be individuals, companies or organizations alike. We welcome entrepreneurs, students, social workers, startups and investors, as well as established for profit and nonprofit companies and organizations.
Our Unique Setup
We want to offer an inspirational environment for our events. This is why they take place in beautiful natural settings. The natural beauty of the Institute’s surroundings plus the unique mix of activities inspire our passion for pursuing happiness in body, mind and spirit.
- Life is short, stop dreaming, start doing. An idea by itself may be inspiring but without action it may as well be worthless.
Too many people and organizations have no clue how to grow their ideas and challenges into WOW projects that make a true difference. Consequently, ideas, time, energy and resources are wasted.
Our VISION is a global-local community that helps individuals and organizations grow their ideas and challenges into WOW projects and businesses for success.
For this purpose we are building the ‘Institute for Project and Business Transformation’.
The dilemma of today’s conferences and seminars
Most conferences and seminars these days face a severe dilemma:
They may be too polished, too expensive, too far, they may be sold out, they lack personal interaction with speakers and the audience. Speakers share touching problems or great ideas, but the question is what you can do, how you can implement new ideas in your own environment. Conferences may take place in beautiful locations but what good does it do if you stay indoors most of the day?!
Our conferences and seminars aim to be different
Conference fees for individuals are moderate or do not exist. This way we want to attract a wide array of people from different backgrounds. We invite great speakers and individuals who want to share their problems and ideas and do something about them. They may not have a concrete idea how to accomplish them. This is alright for this is what our events are about: we help grow their ideas and challenges into projects and businesses for success.
How? We follow a very simple, yet effective approach for turning ideas into manageable WOW projects. These are projects where we work as teams, performance is outstanding due to synergy effects, quality of deliverables exceeds expectations and everyone is just happy and proud to be part of the project.
These projects are not abstract or remote. You own them. You shape their directions and decide how, where and when they take off. This way you personalize problems and ideas shared at the beginning of our events.
At the end of our events, groups present their projects to a wider audience. This way they seek valuable feedback, win friends and supporters and, who knows, find teams and investors who are eager to turn project ideas into new businesses.
We want to offer an inspiring environment for our conferences and seminars. This is why they take place in a beautiful natural setting, for example, in the mountains or by the sea. We combine traditional conference and seminars setups with outdoor and other activities our attendees feel passionate about.
The natural beauty of the Institute’s surroundings plus the unique mix of activities inspire our passion for pursuing happiness in body, mind and spirit.
Our first such event took place in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, immediately following the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2014 and Open Forum Davos 2014. Please visit our news section for details.

Leading in Projects (“Führen in Projekten”)
Project success is such an exciting, exhilarating and rewarding experience. Alas, most projects these days still fail. This workshop gives you two crucial ingredients for project success: empowering leadership and happiness. It explains and explores why and how leadership can help you grow successful projects by actively accounting for happiness on the individual, group, project and organizational levels. You will learn how to find a clear focus of what you really want to achieve, create a strategy through principle centered leadership, resolve project issues and align your priorities for project success.
This is a highly interactive workshop. This means that throughout the workshop you will have the chance to apply all covered principles in individual and group exercises, thus strengthening your new understandings.
Please note that this workshop will be conducted in German. To register for this event contact the Forum Institut für Management.
