Dr. Thomas Juli is founder, managing director and curator of Motivate2B.
He is a Human Business Architect and coach für Agile business and project transformation with more than 25 years of experience in various industries. His vision is to help human business become the new global normal within ten years, i.e. by 2030. He is currently accompanying Allianz Germany as an Agile Transformation Coach.
He is a regular speaker at conferences worldwide such as the NASA Project Management Challenge, FQ Lounge at the World Economic Forum, Global Congress of the Project Management Institute, or Corporate Social Responsibility Forum Germany. His latest book "Human Business. Leben und Arbeiten im digitalen Zeitalter“ was published by Haufe Verlag in November 2020. He is also the author of „Leadership Principles for Project Success“ (2011, CRC Press, New York).
Thomas Juli holds a doctorate with distinction in International Studies from the University of Miami, USA, and an M.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, USA, where he was a student of Nobel laureate Douglass C. North.
In his free time, he loves all kinds of outdoor activities such as running, hiking and free climbing, skiing and snowboarding. He holds a 2nd Dan (black belt) in Taekwondo, is practicing Vinyasa Yoga and dancing Tango Argentino.
The Human Business Architects is a group of experienced coaches whose goal is to re-humanize digital. The Human Business Architects lead from the emerging future. They co-create and develop a mindset with a human touch which is required to successfully guide business in rapid change, digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
In the past Motivate2B and Human Business Architects have run a number of Learning & Discovery Camps and have been guests on panels in the EQ Lounge of The Female Quotient at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
